A client requested a custom project to assess their therapeutic agent's ability to promote adipogenesis in primary, human, subcutaneous preadipocytes.
Goals:
- Establish in vitro model of adipogenesis to evaluate therapeutic efficacy.
- Compare client therapeutic agent’s ability to promote adipogenesis compared to reference treatments.

Treatments and Timelines
- Culture cells in 384-well, imaging microplates
- Seed preadipocytes and culture for 3 days
- Add treatments and begin differentiation protocol.
- Change from differentiation medium to maintenance medium and culture until endpoint on DIV12.
