ANALYZING SUBPOPULATIONS BY CREATING CELL GROUPS
Since visualization of large numbers of individual cell data can be overwhelming, a common practice in HCS is group cells that have a similar phenotype (in the schematic example shown at right this is simply expression level of the protein depicted in green).
