WHAT ARE SOME OF THE CHALLENGES ASSOCIATED WITH PHENOTYPIC ASSAYS?

Sample preparation involves meticulous attention to detail and consistent execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Consistent sample preparation includes cell seeding, culture conditions, fixation, antibody dilution and even the number, volume and speed of liquid exchanges performed. For this reason we have invested significantly in state-of-the-art liquid handling automation to reduce well-to-well variation that typically plagues manual plate preparation.
